We are seeking an influential Regional IT Business Partner to act as the strategic bridge between our business and Global IT organisation. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building strong stakeholder relationships, translating business needs into technology solutions, and driving the successful adoption of digital initiatives. You'll work closely with business leaders and IT teams to enhance service delivery, support strategic priorities and help maximise the value of technology investments. Responsibilities: 1) Partner with the business Build trusted relationships with business and IT stakeholders across the region. Understand business priorities, challenges and opportunities, helping to connect these with enterprise technology solutions. Represent regional business needs and provide input into Global IT planning and prioritisation activities. Facilitate productive discussions around technology services, business requirements and solution opportunities. Act as a trusted advisor, helping stakeholders navigate technology-related decisions and changes. 2) Enhance IT service experience Collaborate with Global IT service teams to support strong service delivery and customer satisfaction. Gather stakeholder feedback and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Help manage and coordinate the resolution of service issues and escalations. Monitor service performance and support initiatives to improve user experience. 3) Support business transformation Partner with business and IT teams to drive adoption of enterprise technology initiatives. Assist with stakeholder engagement, readiness planning and change activities. Help identify and address business impacts, risks and operational considerations during implementation. Promote effective communication and engagement throughout change programmes. 4) Drive value and demand management Support the intake, assessment and prioritisation of regional technology needs. Work with stakeholders to develop business cases and articulate expected benefits and outcomes. Help ensure technology investments align with business objectives and enterprise priorities. Track and communicate progress against agreed goals and outcomes. 5) Contribute to governance, risk and resilience Support technology governance, information security and business continuity activities within the region. Identify and escalate operational or technology risks where appropriate. Participate in service reviews, governance forums and resilience planning activities. Collaborate with business leaders to strengthen continuity and risk management practices. 6) Foster innovation and AI adoption Identify opportunities to leverage AI and emerging technologies to improve productivity and employee experience. Support the responsible adoption of new technologies across the business. Share insights and best practices that help teams realise business value from technology investments. Requirements: Degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience. 5-10 years' experience in IT Business Partnering, Relationship Management, Service Delivery, Technology Consulting or a similar role. Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills. Proven ability to influence and collaborate across a matrix organisation. Experience working with senior business stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Understanding of technology service management, governance and digital transformation initiatives. Knowledge of business case development, demand management and change adoption practices. Working knowledge of AI concepts and value enabled by emerging technologies. Exposure to information security, ISO27001, business continuity management or crisis management activities would be advantageous. Excellent command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
