We seek an experienced Database Administrator (DBA) to design, deploy, and maintain highly available, high-performance, secure database systems across three domains: 🔹 Operations DBA: MySQL master-slave replication (GTID, semi-sync), sharding (ShardingSphere/MyCat), full+incremental backups, PITR, cross-version migrations, DR drills; least-privilege RBAC, SQL auditing, recycle bin, dual-approval. 🔹 Kernel DBA: Deep InnoDB internals (MVCC, Buffer Pool, Redo/Undo), query optimization (EXPLAIN, Performance Schema), slow SQL governance (pt-query-digest), lock/deadlock analysis, long transaction/M DL tuning. 🔹 Data Warehouse DBA: Hive (HDFS/YARN, Tez/Spark), ClickHouse (MergeTree, Replicated tables, ZooKeeper); cluster health checks, capacity planning, node scaling, Compaction tuning, OLAP optimization (materialized views, skip indexes, partition pruning). ✅ Requirements: 5+ years DBA experience; led ≥2 platform projects handling ≥1M QPS or TB-scale data; Linux;
