Job Overview We are looking for Testing & Commissioning Engineer to join our Hong Kong team. The ideal candidate will possess the necessary technical skills and expertise to ensure the flawless commissioning of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in various construction projects. Key Responsibilities • Oversee and manage the testing and commissioning of HVAC or Electrical systems to ensure optimal functionality and compliance with design specifications • Coordinate the mechanical commissioning processes including plumbing and other mechanical systems • Conduct robust testing of electrical systems, including power distribution and fire alarms, to validate their performance and safety standards • Perform energy efficiency testing to certify the efficient operation of building systems • Implement quality assurance measures to ensure that all systems operate optimally and safely • Collaborate with data center teams to verify the integration and operational success of MEP systems • Prepare and present detailed reports on testing and commissioning results to project stakeholders • Ensure all testing and commissioning activities comply with local, national, and international regulations and standards • Coordinate closely with project managers and clients throughout all phases. Education & Experience • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering • Fluency in English and Cantonese • Minimum 4 years of experience in MEP testing and commissioning relevant to the construction industry. More experienced candidates would be considered as Mech/Elec Lead or PM • Familiarity with data centers infrastructure and ensuring the proper integration of MEP systems
