Contract: 12-month (Renewable) Responsibilities: Understand business objectives and rationales behind high-level business features, analyze and translate them into detailed user specifications of projects; Coordinate with users in the integration and testing of new enhancements and bug fixes; Prepare functional requirement document and change request; Work closely with the development team to resolve issues and improve system performance; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC); Develop and execute test plans and test cases for software applications and IT systems; Identify and document software defects and issues; Conduct manual system testing; Participate in the design and implementation of testing processes and procedures; Maintain and update testing documentation; Act as the key interface between the IT application team, relevant departments, and external vendors; Conduct quality assurance on the operational process and provide improvement recommendation. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Information Systems, or related field; Experience working in an Agile/Scrum software development environment a plus; Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes; Hands-on experience in manual software testing; Passionate about supporting the development of IT systems and applications; Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team; Ability to multi-task and manage in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; Fluent in Cantonese and have a good command of English and Mandarin; Candidates with more experience will be considered for the position of Senior Executive, Business Analyst .
