About the role As the IT Services Manager at Pro-Tech Technology (Asia) Limited, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient delivery of IT support and services to our organization in both Hong Kong and Mainland China. What you'll be doing Manage and lead the in-house IT support team, ensuring high levels of service and responsiveness to user needs Oversee the planning, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems, software, and hardware to support the company's operations Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, and documentation to ensure compliance and optimal efficiency Analyze and address IT-related incidents, problems, and service requests in a timely and effective manner Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement technology solutions that enhance productivity, security, and user experience Monitor and report on the performance of IT project services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to senior management on IT-related initiatives and investments What we're looking for Diploma / University degree in Business or Information Technology or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT services management role, preferably in Mainland China. Strong technical expertise in managing and troubleshooting a wide range of IT systems, applications, and infrastructure Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills to effectively address IT-related challenges Proven ability to lead and motivate a team of IT professionals, fostering a collaborative and customer-focused environment Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with both technical and non-technical stakeholders with Fluent in Putonghua. Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the IT services.
