Key Responsibilities Manage forex trading and technology projects from planning through implementation. Collect, analyse, and document business and product requirements. Prepare project plans, delivery schedules, priorities, and milestones. Coordinate with developers, QA teams, business users, vendors, and external service providers. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and resolve delivery issues. Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications and user stories. Manage UAT, product launches, system migrations, enhancements, and post-launch reviews. Review competitor products and market trends to identify product improvement opportunities. Provide regular project status updates to management and key stakeholders. Ensure delivered solutions meet business, technical, operational, compliance, and customer requirements. Requirements At least 3–5 years of experience in project management, product management, business analysis, or a related role. Experience in the forex, CFD, brokerage, fintech, or financial services industry. Good understanding of forex trading processes, brokerage operations, and the customer trading lifecycle. Practical knowledge of MT5 trading platforms is required. Good knowledge of forex brokerage products and systems, including: Client portals and mobile trading applications CRM and back-office systems Account opening, KYC, and customer onboarding processes Withdrawal, and payment systems IB, affiliate, rebate, and commission systems Trading reports and business intelligence dashboards Risk management and dealing-related systems Third-party trading tools, market data, and financial data services Strong experience in requirement gathering, business analysis, documentation, UAT, and project delivery. Ability to understand business processes and translate them into clear technical and functional requirements. Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical teams. Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders. Good written and spoken English and Mandarin
