This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy experimenting with AI tools, building workflows, solving operational problems, and turning ideas into practical solutions. Responsibilities: Support internal AI Agent and workflow automation projects across different business functions Assist in testing and implementing AI tools, automation platforms, and AI-driven solutions Participate in AI Agent development, prompt optimization, and workflow design Conduct research on emerging AI tools, market trends, and practical business use cases Support data preparation, document structuring, and knowledge organization for AI-related projects Assist in integrating APIs, automation tools, and third-party AI services Monitor workflow performance and recommend operational improvements Prepare reports, summaries, presentations, and internal documentation Coordinate with product, operations, and business teams to improve workflow efficiency and scalability Hands on prompt engineering Support ad hoc AI initiatives and innovation projects assigned by the company Requirements: Fresh graduates or candidates with strong interest in AI technologies are welcome Current master's/PhD students in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Robotics, or related fields (freshmen with strong passion for cutting-edge AI technologies are especially welcome) Candidates should have strong academic qualifications with First Class Honours of degree with reputable universities Strong curiosity and passion for AI, automation, and emerging technologies Familiarity with AI tools, AI Agents, automation platforms, or workflow systems is a plus Exposure to platforms/frameworks such as LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, OpenClaw, Manus, or similar AI orchestration tools is advantageous Understanding of Agentic AI concepts, prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), or multi-agent workflows is a plus Hands-on Prompt Engineering and side projects, hackathons, GitHub projects, or personal AI experiments will be highly valued Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to learn in a fast-changing environment Good communication and teamwork skills Working Arrangement: This role requires scheduled shift-based working arrangements within a five-days work week (Monday to Friday).
