We are seeking a Cloud Transformation Lead with a strong technical background and substantial business experience to drive digital transformation strategies for the local Hong Kong market. This role requires you to leverage your expertise in technology, cloud computing, ERP systems, and market development to provide end-to-end digital transformation solutions for clients. You will work directly with customers to understand their business needs, design, and implement innovative digital projects to enhance their operational efficiency and business growth. To continue this transformation, we are seeking an experienced cloud transformation lead who has expertise in the strategy, design, development, and implementation of large-scale projects in the cloud. The ideal candidate will have a firm grasp of emerging technologies, platforms, and applications and an ability to customize them to help our clients’ businesses become more secure and efficient. Key Responsibilities Digital Transformation Consulting: Analyze and assess client business pain points to develop tailored digital transformation roadmaps. Provide strategic advice covering technology selection, process optimization, and implementation of digital tools. Technical Solution Design & Implementation: Design practical technical solutions based on cloud platforms, data platforms, and ERP systems e.g Oracle ERP). Lead or participate in system integration, data migration, and custom development projects. Business Development & Client Management: Identify potential business opportunities within the local Hong Kong market and build long-term client relationships. Prepare proposals, deliver product demonstrations, and engage in commercial negotiations to secure project wins. Project Management & Collaboration: Coordinate internal and external teams (including technical, sales, operations) to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery. Regularly report project progress and outcomes to clients and internal management. Promotion of Industry Best Practices: Drive the adoption and replication of digital transformation case studies, tailored to local Hong Kong industries (e.g., Finance, Retail, Logistics). Experience & Background Basic Requirements: Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of experience in digital transformation, technology consulting, or a related area. Technical Background: Hands-on experience in software development or data development, proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, SQL). Proficiency with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Alibaba Cloud); relevant certifications are a plus. ERP Experience: Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP implementation or maintenance, familiar with modules like Finance, SCM, etc. Commercial Acumen: Proven experience in business development, capable of independently acquiring clients and driving projects to completion. Demonstrated experience in digital transformation consulting, having led or deeply participated in corporate digital projects. Preferred Qualifications: Previous working experience in a renowned consulting firm (e.g., Accenture, IBM, Big 4 consulting practices) Familiarity with the local Hong Kong market and experience in digital projects for the Financial Services, Retail, or Manufacturing sectors. Language Skills: Fluency in English and Cantonese is essential. Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
