Requirements & Qualifications AI Literacy & Workflow Leverage AI Safely: Ability to use AI assistants to accelerate development speed while maintaining a deep, fundamental understanding of the generated code. Critical Evaluation: Strong judgment to know when to trust AI outputs and when to manually verify, test, and debug them. Experience building or configuring AI agents / MCP tool chains, or integrating LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini) into product features. Technical Skills & Background Foundational Knowledge: Solid core programming fundamentals (strong computer science/software engineering background OR a robust portfolio of self-taught projects that prove your skills). Tech Stack Familiarity: Experience with or exposure to Java / Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, React, Angular, TypeScript, MongoDB, and AWS / GCP. (A strong foundation in any modern language is acceptable; we will train you on our specific stack). AI-Built Portfolio: Provide a link to a live web application, public GitHub repository, or a video walkthrough of a project built primarily using AI tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor). You should be prepared to walk through your repository context files (like CLAUDE.md or .cursorrules) and explain how you orchestrated the AI to build the architecture. General Bachelor Degree of Computer Science, Information Technology, or other related disciplines 2-3 years of related work experience Fresh graduate welcomed if a portfolio can be provided as reference UI/UX Product Sense: A genuine care for the end-user experience, ensuring that what you build is intuitive and usable, not just functional.
