No.: JDB/TA Responsibilities: Setup and configure computers (Windows & Mac OS) & TVs Perform system & server administration, including maintenance, backups & restorations and troubleshooting Setup and support handheld devices (iPhone, iPad, etc.) Assist end-users to manage different system accounts Monitor and manage daily operations & performance of IT infrastructure Provide technical support to end-users across hardware, software, applications and network Handle other ad hoc technical-related tasks Requirements: Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science or related disciplines Minimum 2 years’ relevant working experience Knowledge of photo retouch & video editing software Proficiency in Windows and Mac OS operation systems Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese Able to work independently Travelling may be required Strong communication skills, a problem-solving mindset and a proactive attitude Attractive salary and fringe benefits will be offered to the successful candidates.
