Our client is a public utility to foster innovation and technology development in Hong Kong. They are looking for talented individuals to join their expansion team. Job Duties: Establish and manage the support service for any software, hardware and systems Ensure the day-to-day IT operation follows the best practices and meets the operations’ KPIs To oversee and run the day-to-day Data Centre facilities management and operations To ensure compliance with company guidelines and local authorities’ requirements To assist in OPEX and CAPEX planning of yearly and monthly budgets Ensure all the procedures and documentation for Outsourcing operations are up-to-date and followed according to the organization's procedures and standards Ensure the Change Management meetings hosted by Outsourcing when needed Collaborate with various teams (network, system, security, etc) to deliver IT services and support, and manage both hardware and software supplier services to meet the SLA Act as Change Manager to manage all infrastructure changes and ensure records are appropriately approved according to the ITIL process Manage the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) and foster the ITIL processes for all IT & outsourced team members Timely escalate critical incidents to the management team Enhance the repeated incidents and operational tasks through automation Communicate with application and infrastructure teams when a significant incident occurs, impacting IT-provided services Oversee physical security, evaluate temperature and humidity levels, and monitor power distribution to prevent equipment failure Job Requirements: Bachelor degree in IT, or Engineering / Electrical / Mechanical / Building Services or related disciplines Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience, with demonstrated experience in implementing the ITIL process or certification as an ITIL professional will be a definite advantage Extensive knowledge of data centre operation network, E&M Facility Management, IT infrastructure (Servers, storage, network), and production operations support Comprehensive knowledge of high-voltage power distribution, industrial cooling systems(HVAC/Chillers), and fire suppression mechanisms Professional certifications such as Holder of Registered Electrical Worker license and Uptime Institute ATD are highly preferred Ability to manage stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally, including vendors and the operations team Service-oriented, good problem-solving, and communication skills Professional-level business Chinese and English, both written and spoken To apply for this role, please click the "Quick Apply" below and send your full resume by MS word format.
