We seek an experienced Go Technical Lead to design, build, and scale high-performance backend systems for our next-gen cloud platform. You’ll lead a distributed team of 4–6 Go engineers, define technical strategy, conduct code reviews, and champion best practices in concurrency, microservices, and observability. Key duties: architect highly available APIs (Gin/Echo); optimize PostgreSQL and Redis usage; build CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Docker, Kubernetes); mentor junior engineers. Requires 7+ years of production Go experience—including services handling >10,000 RPS with low latency—plus deep expertise in goroutines, channels, context propagation, and memory optimization. Minimum 3 years leading technical teams. Proficiency required in gRPC, Protocol Buffers, OpenTelemetry, and AWS. Fully remote, long-term role. Compensation paid monthly in USD. Strong cross-timezone communication and collaboration skills essential.
