Veeva Systems seeks a Marketing AI Prediction Engineer to design, develop, and deploy production-grade ML models for customer behavior forecasting, campaign performance prediction, and market trend analysis. Key responsibilities: build scalable time-series and classification models (churn, CLV, uplift) in Python; engineer feature pipelines from multi-channel marketing data (CRM, GA4, ad platforms); implement MLOps using MLflow, monitoring, CI/CD, and REST/batch serving; collaborate with analysts & engineers on KPI definition and hypothesis testing; ensure model interpretability (SHAP/LIME) and regulatory compliance (GDPR/CCPA). Requires 4+ years shipping ML in marketing/e-commerce/SaaS; strong stats & causal inference; Python, SQL, AWS SageMaker; experience with Snowflake/BigQuery. Remote-first; US Eastern/EU timezone overlap required. All documentation in English.
