B2B HR software company. We are onboarding larger enterprise clients and need to improve our multi-tenant architecture on AWS. Currently running about 30 services on EKS with PostgreSQL on RDS. Challenges include better tenant isolation, auto-scaling based on SLAs, deployment reliability, and cost optimization. Looking for real Kubernetes production experience, not just tutorials. Engagement starts with 2-week architecture review, then moves to implementation over 2-3 months. Terraform or Pulumi experience required.
