We have a large Node.js monolith, about 200k lines of code, with 15 developers stepping on each other constantly. Ready to break it up into microservices. Looking for someone who has actually done this before, not just read about it. Need help identifying service boundaries, setting up Kubernetes infrastructure, implementing service mesh, and establishing patterns the team can follow. Open to Node.js or Go for new services. This is hands-on work. Want someone to build the first few services with us and mentor the team, not just create architecture diagrams.
