I am a non-technical founder building a marketplace for home services, like TaskRabbit for emerging markets. We launched MVP 6 months ago and have around 500 service providers and 2000 customers. Need help with ongoing feature development: subscription tiers for providers, better scheduling system, improved reviews, referral program, admin panel updates, and some API performance issues. Stack is Laravel 10, MySQL, Redis, Vue frontend, Stripe payments, AWS hosting. I need someone who can explain technical decisions in plain language and help me prioritize effectively.
