We run a marketplace for handmade goods, similar to Etsy but more specialized. About 10k sellers and 100k products. Rails 7, PostgreSQL, Redis, Elasticsearch, hosted on Heroku. Ongoing work includes seller analytics, improved search, subscription boxes feature, international shipping calculator, and some performance optimization for slow queries. We do 2-week sprints, require code review on all PRs, and expect good test coverage with RSpec. Looking for someone reliable who can stick around. We have a 6+ month roadmap and want consistency rather than constantly onboarding new people.
